Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday.

All orders shipped within California are subject to sales tax.

  • We currently only offer Standard Shipping.
  • Free shipping applies to online purchases $20.00 or more (before taxes).
  • Purchases under $20.00 (before taxes) will be charged a non-refundable $5.95 flat-rate shipping and handling fee.
  • We currently only accept domestic orders. We only ship to 48 continental U.S. States (not to Hawaii and Alaska).
  • All orders will be shipped from our facility between 2-9 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays).
  • We are currently unable to ship to P.O box addresses.

The information that we collect from you (i.e. your name, address, phone number, email address, payment card information, and personal shopping and product preferences) is used to provide you with the very best shopping experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, nor do we disclose your personal information to unaffiliated third parties and/or to our affiliates unless you have requested or authorized us to do so. Even within Cebu, we restrict access to your information to those individuals who need it to provide you with products or services available from Cebu.

Returns & Replacements

The following return policy only applies to online purchases made at cebuMode.com.

  • We only accept returns postmarked within 14 days from the date your package ships from us.
  • All returns must be received unworn, unused, and with the original tags attached.
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original form of payment.
  • We do not offer free shipping for returns and we do not reimburse return shipping costs.
  • We currently do not offer exchanges for different items.

In store purchases are subject to the return policy of the local store where the purchase was made.

How to return your item(s):

  • 1. Email a return request to customerservice@cebumode.com stating your order number and reason for return.
  • 2. Once you receive a return authorization email, ship the item(s) to:

  • We are not responsible for any packages that are missing, damaged, or lost in transit.
  • 3. You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your package and when the refund has been issued.
